Managing Director OptiFleet

Jack began his working life as an advanced trade certified automotive engineer before completing a diploma in business studies, with a view to applying his detailed vehicle knowledge to the business world. He led the vehicle division for one of New Zealand's biggest group-buying organisations from 1997 - 2011 and during this time took the business unit from transactional vehicle brokerage to a best-practice driven fleet sourcing partner for Government, corporate clients and SMEs. As our Managing Director OptiFleet, Jack's primary focus is on the delivery and development of our online vehicle sourcing services. As product and market specialists, his team are trained on how to test the true fit for purpose requirements of our clients and ensure they are connected with the products and suppliers who can fulfil these requirements. Jack's impeccable knowledge of the NZ motor vehicle industry, matched with his frank and enthusiastic demeanour have helped to establish his position as a trusted advisor to many of New Zealand's most prominent fleets.

Jessie Larsen

Jessie began her career as an IT sales executive in London before moving to IT procurement on her return to New Zealand in 2002. From 2005 until 2011 she worked as a consultant for New Zealand's largest procurement service provider and during this time assisted a variety of public and private sector clients to optimise the management of their vehicle fleets, improving safety, productivity and profitability as a result. Jessie has ownership for the development, delivery and continuous improvement of OptiFleet's consulting services. Jessie and her consulting team apply a disciplined, best practice procurement-led approach to service delivery, taking great care to understand your requirements and your fleet in intimate detail. Jessie is known for her ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and this, along with her infectious joie de vivre, is one of the many reasons our clients come back to us time and again.

Juliet Rumball Smith

Senior Data Analyst

As one of Generation Y’s most prolific overachievers (we didn’t have room for all of the letters after her name), Juliet has the brain of a super computer. As OptiFleet's Senior Data Analyst, Juliet uses this gift and her extensive research experience to collect and collate relevant vehicle industry market data from New Zealand and abroad. She regularly undertakes detailed audits of our clients' fleet asset registers, to highlight discrepancies with NZTA records before cleansing and extending them. Once these fleet asset registers are verified, she is then able to provide a detailed assessment on the current state of each fleet to identify where efficiencies and improvements can be made.

Communications Manager

Holly comes from a strong client service background and has an excellent grasp of procurement and fleet management disciplines. Her role prior to OptiFleet, centred on helping clients to leverage their investment in buying-group membership fees - reducing their business risk and expenditure. As OptiFleet's Communications Manager, Holly's whole focus is on making it easy for your business to work with ours, and to keep you abreast of industry changes that may affect you. Holly is also responsible for the delivery of media and marketing communications for OptiFleet's upcoming innovations as we launch them.
